Yup, here we have the confirmation as the final relay ends.

Manu Bhaker, even after a fantastic score of 582 out of 600, has finished the Women's 25m Pistol at the 15th position. Such was the level of competition!

The fourth relay of Women's 25m Pistol is underway, and we will have a clarity on the final standings of Manu Bhaker and Rahi Sarnobat in a bit.

India's nightmare in Shooting at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics does not seem to have any end. After being in a prime position to make it to the final of the 25m Women's Pistol, Manu Bhaker has messed it up and is out of the race for the final.

Bhaker was surely brilliant on her part, but the others were simply exceptional. Yes, an 8 pointer in the final series is questionable but then that's what pressure does to you.

The other Indian shooter in contention in the event, Rahi Sarnobat, was no where near her best and ends her campaign ranked below 30.

The final rankings of the Indians will be known in a bit, once the fourth relay ends in about half an hour.

But yes, it is all over for India in Women's 25m Pistol!

Manu Bhaker falters yet again under pressure, shoots an 8 again to finish with 97 in her final series.

This has pulled her down to 11th position, and that should pretty much be it for the 19-year-old in the Tokyo Olympics.

Manu Bhaker shoots 49 in her first five shots of the last series. Can she finish it on a high?

2021-07-30 01:43 GMT

Manu Bhaker shoots 97 in her second series. She started off brilliantly hitting seven consecutive 10s, but failed to maintain it and ended it with three consecutive 9s. She maintains her ninth position, but I fear this might not be enough!

Surely 96 is not a bad score. But, it is very tight out there. Manu Bhaker has to up her game. Anything less than 98 in the next two series might prove to be detrimental to her chances of qualifying for the final.

Just a modest 96 from Manu in her first series of ten shots. This has pulled her down to 9th in the standings!
