Indian Men's Team, led by Lakshya Sen opened their campaign against Korea at Badminton Asia Team Championships 2022. The Indians lost the tie 0-5.

Welcome to the live blog from Day 1 of the Badminton Asia Team Championships 2022 at Shah Alam, Malaysia.
The Indian men's team led by Lakshya Sen and Kiran George failed to impress in their outing against Korea and lost every single match, the biggest upset being that of Lakshya Sen losing in straight games.
Only Mithun Manjunath was able to take a game off the Koreans at the eleventh hour and played a thriller but all other players disappointed as they lost the tie with Korea, 0-5.

Joo Wan Kim has the momentum here but George stays right on track in Game 1.

Koreans win in straight sets!
Korean duo Hwi Tae and Jaehwan completely dominated the game against Ravikrishna and Sankar Prasad. They won the match by 21-8 and 21-10.
