Deepika Kumari falls down to the seventh position, shooting just 53 in the penultimate round. She currently has 609 points and trails the Mexican Roman Aida by a solitary point.

Deepika Kumari has competed in two Olympics prior to this. She finished eighth in the ranking round during the 2012 London Olympics with 662 points, and a lowly 20th with 640 points at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games. With just two more rounds to go, can she surpass this?
Deepika moves to number 6 after 10 rounds
Deepika Kumari shot a brilliant 58 to move up to number 6 in the standings. She now has 556 points out of a possible 600. The South Koreans continue to dominate with An San, Kang Chaeyoung and Jang Minhee taking up the top three spots.
