Strong squad aims for ranking points
The Asia Cup features 194 archers from India and 18 other countries and offers crucial world ranking points early in the season.
India have fielded a 16-member squad across recurve and compound events. The team is led by experienced names such as Rishabh Yadav and Prathamesh Jawkar in the compound men’s category, both of whom have delivered strong performances on the international stage.
However, top-ranked compound archer Jyothi Vennam is not part of the opening leg in Bangkok, with Chikitha Taniparthi leading the women’s squad.
The tournament will conclude on March 27, with finals scheduled for March 28. The matches will be streamed live in India on Archery+, with no television broadcast available.
