It was one of the most disappointing days for the Indian campaign at the Tokyo Olympics. After the Mixed 10m Air Pistol pair of Saurabh Chaudhary-Manu Bhaker and Abhishek Verma-Yashaswini Deswal fail to impress, the Mixed 10m Air Rifle pairs of Divyansh Panwar-Elavenil Valarivan and Anjum Moudgil-Deepak Kumar looked completely off-colour and failed to reach the qualifying stage 2.

This is a very tough field for Qualification Stage 2 at the Asaka Shooting Range. Both, Saurabh Chaudhary and Manu Bhaker will have to be at their best to stand any chance of making it to the top 4 and qualifying for the medal match.
Manu Bhaker has to let go off her average show in the Stage 1 and needs to start afresh. Saurabh, on the other hand, needs to maintain his momentum!
