Paralympics 2024 Para-Shooting: Avani, Siddharta & Sriharsha bows out of Qualifications- Highlights
Catch live updates of Indian para-shooter's performances at the Paris Paralympics 2024 on Sunday.
After two successful days at the Chateauroux Shooting Centre, India currently leads the para-shooting medal table with four medals at the Paralympics in Paris.
Rubina Francis won a bronze medal in the 10m Air Pistol SH1 event on Saturday.
On Sunday, India had three athletes competing, starting with Avani Lekhara and Siddharta Babu in the 10m Air Rifle Prone SH1 mixed team event, followed by Sriharsha Ramakrishna Devaraddi in the Mixed 10 Air Rifle Prone SH2.
All three shooters bowed out of the competitions after failing to finish in the top 8 in their respective qualifications and failed to qualify for the finals.

Series 6 (Shots 50th to 55th ): Avani climbs to 11th Position, hits 1 Bull's Eye
Starting with a 10.7, Avani increased by 0.1 in each shot, a 10.8 next, followed it by 2 10.9s and a 10.3.
Siddharta stayed out of the competition, hitting a 9.8 and a 10.9, a mixed day for him, He also hit 2 10.5s and one 10.7.

Series 5 ( Shots 46th to 50th ): Avani jumps to 13th Position, Can she qualify?
Siddharta slipped to 30th position, after 2 10.1s, 9.9.
He also hit one 10.8 and one 10.5 in the 5th series.
Meanwhile, Avani had a round of 104.8 with three 10.7s and one 10.6, and the shot that'll haunt her 10.0

Series 5 (Shots 41st to 45th): Very Fine Margins at Prone Shooting
Avani at 15th position after hitting, 10.0, 10.5, 10.4, 10.7 and 10.5.
Siddharta continues to score good but not enough: 10.5, 10.6, 10.4, 10.3, 10.4

Series 4 ( Shots 36th to 40th ): A round of 106 by Avani, 12th Position
With 20 shots to go, Avani still has a shot at the Finals.
A Bull's eye to start the 36th shot and She followed it with 10.4, 10.6, 10.8 & 10.5.
While, Siddharta Babu, hits a 9.9, to back it up with 2 10.7s, but a 10.5 and 10.2, keeps him at around 25th to 30th position.

Series 4 ( Shots 31st to 35th ): Siddharta climbs to 27th Place,Avani at 18th
52.8points by Avani with 2 10.7s, 10.6, 10.5 & 10.3.
52.9 points by Siddharta with 10.9, 10.5, 10.5, 10.4, 10.6.

Series 3 ( Shots 26th to 30th ): Avani slipped to 19th, A 104.1 Series by her
Meanwhile, Siddharta with a 105.7 bounced back but has a large deficit to fill to reach the top-8.

10.2, 10.4,10.5, 10.3 & 10.7 was not enough to climb the rankings for Avani.
Siddharta with 2 10.5s , 2 10.3s and 1 10.7, climbs to 31st position.
