Paralympics 2024 Para-Shooting: Avani, Siddharta & Sriharsha bows out of Qualifications- Highlights
Catch live updates of Indian para-shooter's performances at the Paris Paralympics 2024 on Sunday.
After two successful days at the Chateauroux Shooting Centre, India currently leads the para-shooting medal table with four medals at the Paralympics in Paris.
Rubina Francis won a bronze medal in the 10m Air Pistol SH1 event on Saturday.
On Sunday, India had three athletes competing, starting with Avani Lekhara and Siddharta Babu in the 10m Air Rifle Prone SH1 mixed team event, followed by Sriharsha Ramakrishna Devaraddi in the Mixed 10 Air Rifle Prone SH2.
All three shooters bowed out of the competitions after failing to finish in the top 8 in their respective qualifications and failed to qualify for the finals.

Series 3 ( Shots 26th to 30th): Sriharsha at 20th Position, Midway through Qualifications
A 10.8, followed by 10.6.
Sriharsha is back, hits a 10.3 and a 10.6 ends with a 10.4.

Series 3 ( Shots 21st to 25th): Sriharsha hits the Bull's Eye
Back-to-back 10.7s to start the 3rd series for Sriharsha.
A rare bad shot of 10.1 coming from him, followed that with a 10.3.
Sriharsha hit the Bull's eye on his 25th shot, taking his total to 263.6 currently at 21st position.

Series 2 ( Shots 16th to 20th): Sriharsha at 20th Position after 2nd Series
A 10.5 to start with, adds 10.7 to it.
The 18th shot went for 10.8 from Sriharsha, backed it up with a 10.5
Sriharsha ended the second series with a 10.7

Series 2 ( Shots 11th to 15th): 52.5 Points for Sriharsha
Sriharsha starts, with a 10.0. Hits a 10.6 on his 12th shot.
Followed it with a 10.4 and 10.6.
Devaraddi hits the bull's eye on his 15th shot.

Series 1 ( Shots 6th to 10th): A total of 105.2 by Devaraddi, sits at 28th Position
Sriharsha remains above 10.5, hits a 10.6 follows it up with a 10.5.
Falls from the 10.5 range, hits 10.4, and comes back again to hit 10.6 and ends up with 10.5.

Series 1 ( Shots 1st to 5th): Sriharsha starts with 52.6 points
A 10.6 to start by Sriharsha, adds a 10.5 to it.
Followed that up with a 10.4 and a brilliant 10.7 and ended up with a 10.4.
A total of 52.6 points for Sriharsha Devaraddi in the first 5 shots.

LIVE: Mixed 10m Air Rifle Prone SH2 Qualification
A total of 37 para-shooters will be in action, including 10 women.
The Paralympic qualification record is 639.4 and the world record for the qualification is 642.7 points and both are held by the Italian Andrea Liverani.
Our focus will be on Sriharsha Devaraddi, who finished 9th in the standing qualifiers earlier.
60 shots will be fired, 10 shots each going to 1 series, a total of 6 series will be played.
The top 8 qualify for the Final.

Series 6 (Shots 56th to 60th): Avani's best round of 106.2
Siddharta with a 10.6, followed by a 10.3, 10.8, and a bull's eye of 10.9, and completes the qualification with a 10.7, moves to 28th position.
Avani, however shot a 10.8,10.5, 10.7, 10.4 & an last underwhelming shot of 10.2, in the 11th positon for now.
