Danusia Francis, from Jamaica, unfortunately tore her ACL before the competition began and is restricted to only bars! An olympian nonetheless!

Jade Carey, last to go on vault for the US.
Another immensely strong vaulter, doing the same vaults as Simone and Mykayla. This will be close
Jade goes 15.166 on both vaults! That will put her behind Simone and into the vault final!

Penalty
Team GB was just given a 0.3 penalty for taking extra turns on vault during warm ups!

Melnikova said in the mixed zone, that she nervous for competition today but just wanted to do her best!
She certainly had some good nerves going on there, as she sees herself in 1st at the end of two subdivisions!
BUT, hold on tight there because team USA and Simone Biles are up next to spice this competition up!
