ROC beats the USA women
WOW ROC takes the advantage over USA after the qualifications! I don't remember the last time this happened. This is insane!
ROC with a 171.6 while the US is a whole point lower with 170.5!
This will be an exciting team final!!ROC

Simone goes 14.066 for that effort, rolls her eyes at it, and is visibly not happy with that score. She will probably still be at the top of the rankings for the AA after this but will definitely look to bring her A game for AA finals
Overall, an average day for the US team, we will wait to see where they stand in the team qualifications but will once again aim to do mcuh mcuh better in the Team Final!
Jade Carey on beam - a good effort from her, slightly wobbly here and there but no big errors regardless

Simone Biles beam- good wolf turn, solid flight series from her, as per usual. clean through the rest. Prepares for the dismount. Goes for the full in dismount! Big steps back on that, a minimum of 4 big steps.

Sunisa Lee beam - WOW, this girl is on fire today! Clean beam routine with the slightest of wobbles. What an awesome day she's had. Finishes with a 14.200.

Eythora Thorisdottir with a double twisting yurchenko on vault. clean vault for a 14.433
Jordan Chiles beam - starts well, but OFF on her flight series, was completely crooked. gets through the rest of the routine but goes for the high difficulty dismount but takes yet another fall. Shocking to see her fall here after having a phenomenal year with basically no mistakes. 11.566
Grace McCallum gets through a clean routine for a 13.066

WOW, ROC is actually leading the USA after 3 events. Time to watch what happens with USA on beam

Sunisa Lee with immense awareness and ability to think on the spot. She literally decides what connections to do based on how her first skill and how it goes. Easy to imagine but incredibly hard to do when competing and things go awry.
