IPL teams have submitted their list of retained and released players ahead of the IPL 2023 Auction in December.

IPL 2023: The T20 World Cup carnival might have come to a screeching halt for Indian cricket, but all eyes of the cricketing world will be soon on the hammer in the IPL auction table. The 10 IPL teams will be seen in action at the mini-auction for the IPL 2023, to be held on December 23 in Kochi.
Kane Williamson and Mayank Agarwal were among the most notable players to be released from their sides on retention deadline day on Tuesday, November 15. KKR, MI and SRH were the teams who released most players.

Punjab Kings release Mayank Agarwal
And the other big bombshell that was expected - captain Mayank Agarwal has been released by PBKS. Shikhar Dhawan will be leading them next season, it was announced earlier.

Jason Roy released by GT
Gujarat Titans have released Jason Roy. He is one of only three players - also including Lockie Ferguson and Rahmanullah Gurbaz - to be released by the defending champions. Ferguson's 10 crore would be the biggest sale they would have made ahead of the IPL 2023 auction.

KKR set to be richer by INR 7.5 crore by releasing Mavi
KKR are set to release Shivam Mavi, Mohammad Nabi and Chamika Karunaratne, reports ESPNCricinfo. Mavi, at INR 7.5 crore, being offloaded is set to give KKR a lot of bargaining power in the IPL 2023 auction.

Big 11th hour news! Kieron Pollard has retired from playing for Mumbai Indians.
A one-club man, adorning the Blue and Gold, Pollard signed in 2010 for Mumbai Indians and has since become one of the greatest players of this generation, picking up 5 IPL and 2 champions league trophies with Mumbai Indians.
