Asian Games 2026: We have reached the beginning of the end of the 2026 Asian Games campaign.
Tuesday will mark the final day of athletics action, India's most successful sport at the continental games. In action at the track and field would be the likes of Pooja Singh, Avinash Sable, and men's 4x400m relay team, hoping to win the nation's first gold medal.
At the same time, all the six Indian boxers, who have assured medals, will also be in action in their respective semi-finals.
There'll also be action across sports like sailing, surfing, kurash, cycling, and more.

Shooting, Women's Trap Final: Neeru confirms a place in the top 2; remains first after 5th series
Neeru Dhanda had her second miss of the competition, having 4/5 hits in the fifth series, but still have two points lead over China's Sun Yunong, with 23/25 hits.
The winners will be decided after this series, as this is the last series of the competition.

Shooting, Women's Trap Final: Neeru confirms a medal; Gains a sole lead after 4th series
Neeru Dhanda continued her good form with another perfect series of 5/5 hits in the final and now have the sole lead at the top with 19/20 hits.
The top two will be decided after the next series, as the third-ranked shooter will be eliminated.

Shooting, Women's Trap Final: Neeru confirms a top 4 finish; tied at top after third series
Neeru had another perfect series of 5/5 hits in the final and is now back in a tied top place with two more shooters at 14/15 hits.
The medal will be decided after the next series, as the fourth-ranked shooter will be eliminated.

Boxing, Women's 65kg: Parveen WINSSS!
There she goes into the final! What a storyyyyy!
Parveen had bagged a bronze in Hangzhou three years back. But she was stripped off the medal after testing positive in a dope test.
She returned to competitive action last year and has steadily climbed. Now here she is. In the Asian Games boxing final. REDEMPTION!

Boxing, Women's 65kg: Parveen wins Round 2
A very similar script follows in the second round. Parveen just happy to bide her time and not go on the attack. But as soon as the Chinese pugilists comes in, the Indian lands punches on the counter.
Shu seems to have done better than in the first round, but that the judges don't feel so.
