Men's Hockey Semi-final: Karnataka into the final with a 5-4 win in a shootout

Karnataka men's team progressed to the final with a 5-4 win in the shoot-out against Maharashtra.

They will face the winner of the second semi-final between Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.

Karnataka's Ganesh Majji (44') and Bharath Mahalingappa Kurtakoti (47') scored one goal each to level the score in the semifinal against Maharashtra.

The match will now head towards a shootout, where the winner will confirm a spot in the final of the 38th National Games.
