The Thalaivas have made a wonderful comeback in the past 10 minutes and have taken the lead. Their raiders - Ajinkya and Athul, have finally stitched together a few points and have unsettled the Pirates' defence.

The Thalaivas have comeback strong post halftime. They have reduced the Pirates to three men, thanks to some good raids from Athul MS and Ajikya Pawar.

That's the end of first half and Patna Pirates have made a beautiful comeback. Their defence has done well while Monu Goyat and Prashanth Rai have brought in the raid points. The only worry for them would be Sachin Tanwar not opening his account in the first 20 minutes.

The Thalaivas, on the other hand, need to thank their captain Surjeet for keeping them in the contest.
