The Hero Super Cup semifinal position is up for grabs as familiar foes Bengaluru FC and Kerala Blasters square off.

Kerala Blasters and Bengaluru FC played out a 1-1 draw on Sunday in the Group A fixture of the Hero Super Cup 2023 at the EMS Stadium in Kozhikode, Kerala. It was Roy Krishna and Dimitrios Diamantakos who found the net for the Blues and the Yellow Army respectively.

As Diamantakos attempted one last time to beat Gurpreet once again, the referee blew the whistle shortly after. The match which the fans in Kerala were waiting for didn't live up to its name as the fixture could only muster up a draw. First half saw Roy Krishna poke it in, whereas Diamantakos rose above all and burried the header to equalise the score.

The midfielder collects the ball from the middle of the park and hits it sweetly! But Gurpreet makes a good save.
Diamantakos rises beyond the diminutive Roshan and heads it back into the goal to equalise!

On one side, it was Nishu's half-volley which prompted Gurpreet make a save. On the other side of the field, Bengaluru launched themselves in a counter attack with Udanta trying to find Chhetri, but instead going for glory himself, and failing to find the back of the net.
