Shardul Thakur, Devdutt Padikkal draw interest in trade window
DC are trying to trade Shardul Thakur out, with CSK and RR being among the interested parties. Tim Siefert, KS Bharat, Mandeep Singh and Ashwin Hebbar are the others Delhi Capitals are looking to release.
On the other hand, RR are trying to trade out Decdutt Padikkal.
RCB released players
A World Cup champion is set to be released by RCB - England's David Willey.
David Willey, Sherfane Rutherford, Siddharth Kaul, Akash Deep and Karn Sharma have been released by them.
Maxwell blow for RCB
Glenn Maxwell will be out for an extended period of time as he suffered a freak accident at a birthday party in Melbourne on Saturday. Maxwell fractured his fibula and underwent the knife on Saturday.
According to initial diagnosis, Maxwell is set to miss action for at least 3 months. A return in time for IPL could be on the cards, but RCB would be tempted to have a replacement for him lined up.

Mumbai Indians Released Players
Fabian Allen, Kieron Pollard, Tymal Mills, Mayank Markande and Hrithik Shokeen have been released by MI ahead of the auctions, according to reports. Which would mean that these players will be available in the auction next month.
Reminder: MI need a quality spinner to bolster their bowling attack.
Ferguson, Gurbaz move from GT to KKR
New Zealand fast bowler Lockie Ferguson has been traded from Gujarat Titans to Kolkata Knight Riders. He played 13 matches for Gujarat Titans and picked 12 wickets that included a 4-wicket haul.
Afghanistan wicketkeeper-batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz also moves in the same direction. He had been drafted in GT as a replacement for Jason Roy last season but had not played a match.
Behrendorff moves to MI
Australian fast bowler Jason Behrendorff has been traded from Royal Challengers Bangalore to Mumbai Indians.
He was acquired by RCB in the 2022 TATA IPL Auction for his base price of INR 75 lakh.Behrendorff has previously represented the Chennai Super Kings in 2021, Mumbai Indians in 2018 and Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2022. The left-arm quick has played 9 T20Is picking 7 wickets with a best bowling performance of 4/21.
