India are taking on Bangladesh in one semifinal and Pakistan are taking on Sri Lanka in the other U19 Asia Cup semifinal.

India are taking on Bangladesh in the U19 Asia Cup on Thursday. Though India beat the UAE easily by 154 runs, they lost to Pakistan and also had to fight hard to win over Afghanistan by four wickets. Bangladesh topped their group through their 222 runs win over Kuwait and 154 runs victory over Nepal.

India win! Ariful Islam is also stumped. Bangladesh are all out for 140. India win by 103 runs. They make it to Friday's final.
Pakistan are also all out in their last over for 125, they lose by 22 runs.

Ahmad Khan hit a last ball boundary to win the match for Pakistan against India earlier this week. Now, he is all that stands between Sri Lanka and a spot in the final. Pakistan need 41 in the last 5 overs with 3 wickets in hand, Ahmad Khan having raced into his 30s.
Skipper Rokibul Hasan comes in at 10 with Bangladesh's campaign as good as over. Ariful Islam enters his 30s, but he has received no support from his teammates today.

With India's bowlers making merry, their progress to the final seems a formality at the moment. The other semi between Pakistan and Sri Lanka however is anyone's for the taking.

Pakistan are praying for a miracle in the other semi now. It looked like they had Sri Lanka on the mat in the 1st innings, but now, Pakistan need 60 runs from 12 overs with 4 wickets in hand.
The wickets continue tumbling for Bangladesh and India close in on a spot in the final. All the bowlers chipping in with the wickets for India.

Meanwhile, there is a disaster brewing for Pakistan in the other semi. They are 81/6 after 35 overs. Sri Lanka and Pakistan are playing out a low-scoring thriller in the other semi.
A nice little partnership building between Ariful Islam and Md Ashiqur Zaman. They have taken Bangladesh to 87 in 20 overs with no further damage. How long can they keep going though?
This is not looking good for Bangladesh as they lose their sixth wicket with just 68 on the board. We have not even touched the 14 over mark yet. India has used three bowlers and all three of them have struck twice.
The second innings has started and we are 10 overs into the chase. The Tigers seem to have dug themselves into a big hole. They have been reduced to 50/4 in 10.2 overs.
