Both Ankush and Shittu jump into the centre right away after the bell. But not much since then as they keep blocking each other's feeble attempts with their gloves.

A few blows landed cleanly now by either sides and Ankush has a smirk on his face. Well scratch that, he's coped a solid blow and takes a couple of steps back.

A similar pace of play in the second round with both pugilists constantly moving around and trying to land blows, without much success.

A rather slow bout and Sachin has been given a warning for something just before the bell rings.

The Indian has to go through a point deduction. He wins the second round, but it has now put him in tough spot.

Boxing, Men's 60kg Final: Sachin Siwach loses Round 1

The bout is underway. Tryagain stretching forward early, but Sachin isn't to be left behind.

The southpaw stance from the Indian is sure to cause some troubles to his opponent. Both pugilists exchanging blows now.

They are both quite nimble on their feet and that speed is causing problems to both in landing the punches.

Sachin concedes the first round 2-3 on split.
