Boxing, Women's 60kg: Priya Ghanghas WINSSS!

This contest is now on a knife's edge. Priya continues to attack. Mitchell continues to run around. Fun battle this.

Priya seems to have gotten a read of the opponent now. She's evading those counter-attacking punches despite still being on the offensive.

There's the final bell. I can't really say for certain who takes this.

It is Priya Ghanghas. She takes the final round unanimously. All the evasion and running around comes back to bite Niamh Mitchell.

Priya Ghanghas wins on a split decision. She moves into the semi-finals & assures India of a medal.

Boxing, Women's 60kg: Priya wins Round 2 via a split decision

Similar start to the second round with Priya eager to pack a punch. Mitchell keeps her distance before landing blows on counter.

Priya is going all out, she is getting frustrated at the constantly evading Mitchell. This is starting to get slightly ugly now.

The Indian is unable to read her opponent's movements in the ring.

Mitchell picks up a warning for excessive holding, negating Priya's earlier warning in the round.

Priya wins Round 2 via 4-1 split!

All to play for in the final round.

Boxing, Women's 60kg: Priya loses Round 1 via a split decision

Priya on it right away, searching for that big backhand early on. She seems to have a clear agenda, go all out.

But Mitchell is playing it smart. She's staying out of the Indian's reach, forcing her to stretch full length to land her punches.

Priya wants to go all out, while Mitchell wants to slow it down. Two completely opposite strategies on display as the Scottish boxers keeps running around the ring before occasionally landing punches.

A very weird three minutes that. Who's done enough?

Niamh Mitchell, it is!
