India has confirmed three at the IBA Women's World Boxing Championships, as Nikhat Zareen, Manisha and Parveen cruise into the semifinals of the tournament on Monday. Nikhat Zareen won India's first medal at the 2022 Women's World Boxing Championships by defeating England's Charley Davison 5-0, Manisha got the better of Mongolia's Namuun Monkhor in the hard-fought 57kg quarter-final by a 4-1 margin.
