3 Indian boxers move to the semi-finals of IBA Women's World Boxing Championships.
India has confirmed three at the IBA Women's World Boxing Championships, as Nikhat Zareen, Manisha and Parveen cruise into the semifinals of the tournament on Monday. Nikhat Zareen won India's first medal at the 2022 Women's World Boxing Championships by defeating England's Charley Davison 5-0, Manisha got the better of Mongolia's Namuun Monkhor in the hard-fought 57kg quarter-final by a 4-1 margin. Parveen beats Shoira Zulkaynarova of Tajikistan 5-0 in the quarterfinal of the 63kg event.
Khadija El-Mardi of Morocco beats Nandini in unanimous decision by 5-0.
Nandini charges on at Mardi, but she is repeating her previous round tactics.

World Championships bronze medallist Rashida Ellis of the USA beats Jaismine by a split decision of 4-1 in the 60kg quarter-finals.
Ellis with a brilliant comeback in the second game. She is finding the gaps to land series of punches on Jaismine.
Both boxers look equally attacking by the end of the opening rounds. Nothing to separate them so far.
