Game 3: Indonesians fight; Satwik-Chirag retains lead

Carnando-Marthin wins four points, but Satwik-Chirag does not concede the lead. The Indians lead 6-4 now. 

Game 3: Satwik-Chirag gains 3-1 lead

Satwik-Chirag starts the third game with a 3-1 lead. Marthin couldn't return Satwik's crosscourt smash. 

Carnando-Marthin forces decider

Carnando-Marthin won two back-to-back points to win the second game 21-19 and forced the decider. 

Game 2: 18-all

A close game in the second set. Satwik-Chirag has a chance of winning the match in straight games. It is 18-18. But Carnando-Marthin is leaving no stone unturned to force the decider. 

Game 2: Satwik-Chirag draws level

Carnando-Marthin marches to a 17-15 lead, but the Indians are keeping things tight in the second game. 

Satwik-Chirag makes it 16-17 with a point from a jump smash. And then another to make 17-17. 

Game: Carando-Marthin takes three points lead

Carnando-Marthin fights back in the second game to take a 15-12 lead. 

Game 2: Satwik-Chirag cruises to lead at break

Chirag earns a point with a soft push. The Indians take an 11-8 lead at the mid-game interval. 

Game 2: Satwik-Chirag draws level

Good defence by the Indians. Chirag and Satwik return quite a few smashes. They draw level at 3-3 and then take a 4-3 lead in the second game. 

Game 2: Carnando-Marthin resumes with a lead

Carnando-Marthin takes a 3-1 lead in the second game. Satwik-Chirag won the first point, but the Indonesians earned the next three points to maintain the lead.

Chirag lands on his knee. He needs medical attention. He resumes play. 

Satwik-Chirag wins the first game

Satwik-Chirag does not have to toil much to take the lead in the match. They won it 21-15.
