Badminton Asia C'ships: PV Sindhu win, Lakshya Sen, HS Prannoy exit - HIGHLIGHTS
It was a mixed day for India in the first round of the 2025 Badminton Asia Championships in Ningbo, China.

Top Indian shuttlers were in action for the first-round matches of the 2025 Badminton Asia Championships in Ningbo, China, on Wednesday.
India has sent a depleted squad at the Championships because of the injury issues of a couple of players. PV Sindhu and Lakshya Sen were some the few big names who led the Indian contingent at the event.
While PV Sindhu started her campaign with a first-round match victory over Ester Wardoyo of Indonesia, whereas Lakshya went down to Lee Chia-hao of Chinese Taipei in his first-round match-up.

It was a mixed day for India in the office at the 2025 Badminton Asia Championships in Ningbo, China.
All eyes were on the big Indian names in the form of HS Prannoy, Lakshya Sen and PV Sindhu.
While Sindhu did not disappoint whilst registering a straight games victory, Prannoy and Sen exited the tournament.

India's PV Sindhu won her opening round fixture against Indonesia's Ester Nurumi Tri Wardoyo.
Sindhu prevailed in straight game 21-15, 21-19.
Lakshya Sen's horrible form continued as he faced another early-round exit, losing to Chia of Chinese Taipei, who just outclassed Lakshya after making a brilliant comeback from 3-8 down in the first game.
