Aryan faced a 1-2 defeat to Saydullo Abdurashitov of Uzbekistan in the quarters and missed out on his first-ever Asian Games medal.

The 17-year-old had a very good start to the competition, winning the first round 5-0, but then the Uzbek came back and clinched the next two rounds and handed him a defeat.
