The Sabre team lost to South Korea, 24-45, and the women's foil team lost 14-45 to Japan in their respective quarterfinal matchups.

The Indian women's 50m rifle 3 positions team of Tilottama Sen, Vidarsa Vinod, and Ashi Chouksey clinch the silver medal, defending their medal from three years ago.

Sen (590) and Vidarsa (588), who had failed to advance in women's 10m air rifle, also make it to the individual finals of women's 50m rifle 3 positions.

Chouskey (585) finished 15th to miss out on the individual final.
