Special Olympics: Athletes determined to reach their best

16 March 2019 UAE: India’s tally as of 8PM local time Abu Dhabi, UAE stands at 70 Medals (18 Gold, 22 Silver and 30 Bronze). The Medals were won across 6 sports disciplines. Roller Skating Matches for female 300 mtrs and 2x 100 mtrs and 4 x 100 mtr relays will be held from10AM- 12 Noon while . 300 Mtrs for Male and 2 x 100 mtr relay for female will take place in the evening at 4PM.The Award Ceremony will be held at 7PM tomorrow at ADNEC. The Traditional Futsal Female matches will be held tomorrow where India will play against SO Indonesia and SO Pakistan at 10 AM and 4PM respectively. Earlier India defeated Pakistan by 4:3 in the bracket League. In the Traditional Basketball Male and Female and the Unified Basketball league matches are in progress and so are they in progress in the 7-a- side football , in both, Male and female , categories Football 11-a-side , divisioning is in the offing. In Unified Handball, India drew with SO Cote D'Ivoire at 19 goals. In Cycling the 10 K RR (Road Race) will be held tomorrow from 9AM-12:30PM while the 5Km Time Trials (TT) competitions will be held from 2:30-4:30PM.
