2024 Paris Olympics Day 6 LIVE: Swapnil Kusale of India has won the bronze medal in the men's 50m rifle 3 positions final. He becomes the first shooter from India to win a medal in this discipline.
Badminton players are up for big clashes, with PV Sindhu, Lakshya Sen and HS Prannoy going to play their pre-quarterfinal matches. On the other hand, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will face off against familiar foes Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik in the men's doubles quarterfinals.
In boxing, Nikhat Zareen will look to seal her place in the women's 50kg quarterfinals, as the Indian men's hockey team face Belgium in a Pool B game.
In archery, Pravin Jadhav will play in the Round of 64, while Vishnu Saravanan and Nethra Kumanan will open the campaign in sailing.
Meanwhile, Indian athletes will begin their campaign today, with prominent racewalkers Priyanka Goswami and Akshdeep Singh competing in the women's and women's 20m race walk events.

Priyanka Goswami couldn't replicate or surpass her Tokyo 2021 performance, where she finished 17th, as she ended a disappointing 41st in Paris 2024.

Men's Hockey: India Falls to Belgium 1-2!
Abhishek's lone goal at halftime wasn't enough for India as Belgium came from behind to score twice in the second half, with goals from Stockbroekx and Dohmen, securing a 2-1 victory and topping Pool B.

Archery: Pravin Jadhav Knocked Out in the First Round!
India's Pravin Jadhav bows out of Paris 2024 after his defeat against Wenchao Kao of China in the Men's Individual 1/32 Elimination Round.
He now joins Dhiraj Bommadevara and Tarundeep Rai, who were also eliminated in their individual rounds.
Earlier, the trio was also defeated in the quarterfinal of the men's team event by Turkiye, with a score of 6-2.
With this, the Indian men's archery campaign at Paris 2024 comes to an end.
