Gautam Gambhir pledges another Rs 1 crore fund in the fight against coronavirus


Former cricketer turned politician Gautam Gambhir again pledged Rs 1 crore from his MP LAD fund for the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

He was one of the first sports persons to donate any financial aid when he pledged  Rs 50 lakhs from MP’s fund and now he donated Rs 1 crore in this time of crisis. He also donated is one month salary to the central government.

He is one of the few people who have come in support of fighting this virus in full potential. From distributing food for the needy through his foundation to releasing financial aid for this fight against the virus, he has stepped up in crucial time.

In this fight, a lot of sports stars are coming up and doing their bit to help the condition get better.
