Kodai Naraoka wins China Masters men's singles title
After making two runner-up finishes and four semifinal finishes, Kodai Naraoka, the 22-year-old emerging star from Japan, has finally won his maiden World Tour title in 2023.
He won the men's singles title at China Masters Super 750 by beating compatriot Kenta Nishimoto 21-13, 21-13 in 52 minutes in the final.
The last and first title that he won was the Vietnam Open Super 100, not a World Tour-level tournament, in 2022.

Neeraj to train abroad to prepare for the Paris Olympics
Reigning Olympic and world champion javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra says he will train abroad to prepare for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
"I will start my preparation for the Paris Olympics and for that, I will go abroad. I will give 100 per cent to win a medal for the country," the athlete said in Panipat, Haryana.
Neeraj is also confident of defending his gold medal.
"I am practising well for it. I will try my best to win a medal. I will give my best at the Olympics as I know that this opportunity comes once in 4 years. I am not worried about the result, just want to prepare well and make the country proud," he added.
