WHIL: Delhi SG Pipers edges out Odisha Warriors in the shootout- Highlights

In the final leg of the Women's Hockey India League (WHIL) group stage, and the penultimate match, Odisha Warriors took on the Delhi SG Pipers, in Rachi on Thursday.
Odisha wanted an outright win to seal their spot in the final of the inaugural edition of the WHIL, with Bengal Tigers breathing down their neck.
Despite a disappointing tournament for Delhi, they ended the tournament on a high note with a shootout win.

Delhi SG Pipers ended their campaign at the women's Hockey India league with a shootout win in their final league match. This is also just their second win of the season and their first in the shootout.
On the other hand, Odisha Warriors gained a crucial one point from the match and confirmed their place in the final of the inaugural edition of the WHIL.
