South Korea were quite clearly the better team in the second quarter and they deservedly got a goal to show for it. India have a mountain to climb when they come out on the other side of the break.

30' - Korea double their lead
Much like in the first quarter, South Korea score in the dying moments of the second. It was a PC and the first dragflick deflected off Vaishnavi's foot.
The second however is placed brilliantly by Choi Jiyun to help Korea double their lead.

The South Koreans are all over India at the moment. The blue clots are struggling to keep with with their opponents pace.

19' - Brilliant from Vaishnavi
A PC for South Korea and they are a bit late with the drag flick. In the meantime, Vaishnavi - India's first rusher, is down in a flash and intercepts the dragflick rather cleanly before clearing it away.

END OF FIRST QUARTER!
That goal also brings down curtain on the first fifteen minutes of play. Both teams matched each other for almost the entire duration before Korea managed to put themselves ahead, thanks to a stunning strike from Lee.

A stunning shot from the left edge of the circle from Lee Yujin and that goes and crashes into the bottom far corner. The Indian defence is stunned. South Korea have taken the lead.
