Indian finished as the table toppers in Group A of the ongoing Women's T20 World Cup and are all set to clash with the England who finished as the runner-up of Group B.

The semifinal match is scheduled for 5 March and if meteorological department is to be believed there are are chances that it will rain on the day.

While cricket fans will be looking forward to the clash, weather gods seem to have different plans for the cricketers. As per weather reports, 15mm to 30mm of rain is expected for 5 March in Sydney . So there is a big chance that rain might play spoilsport come the match day.

England have enjoyed amazing record against the Indians in Women's T20 World Cup where they lead the Women in Blue by 5-0. But given the form Team Indian is in, it won't be easy for England to win against India.

So if it does rain on the match day and the match is washed out, India will qualify for the final. According to the rules of the tournament, if the semifinal is washed out the team which has finished higher in the group stages will go through to the final as there are no reserve days.

In case of India vs England semifinal it will be India to go through to the final as India finished as the table toppers. For Australia vs South Africa it would be South Africa playing the final if that match too is washed out.
