India's Kasthuri Rajamani was once again unsuccessful in her second attempt at 111kg in the Women's Heavyweight Final A.

The lift was ruled a 'No Lift', leaving the Indian with one final attempt to register a valid lift and stay in the competition.

Tulika Maan, the silver medallist from Birmingham Games four years ago, has been dropped from the Indian team.

She was pulled up for three whereabouts failure in a 12-month period by the National Anti Doping Agency.

Para Powerlifting, Women's Heavyweight Final A: Kasthuri Rajamani fails to clear 111kg on opening attempt!

India's Kasthuri Rajamani was unsuccessful in her opening attempt of 111kg in the Women's Heavyweight Final A.

The lift was ruled a 'No Lift', with all three referees voting against the attempt. Kasthuri has two more attempts remaining to register a successful lift.

Boxing, Men's 55kg R32: Jadumani Singh WINS!

Having won the first two round unanimously, Jadumani is now happy to disengage on the first signs of attack from the Scottish pugilist.

He is disengaging smartly as well, not leaving enough for the referee to intervene.

Cullen doesn't care. He wants to give it his all and he is on the offense constantly.

The home favourite, however, fails to impress the judges. All five score it in favour of Jadumani Singh.

Bowls, Men's Singles, Section D, India vs Falkland Islands: Putul wins the tiebreak again!

Another tie-break win for Putul Sonowal. He had a precise shot on the final bowl of the tie-break to knock out Alexander's bowl near the jack and won it by 1-0.

This is the second consecutive win in as many matches for the Indian, who has defeated the former world champion, Ryan Bester, in his first match.

Today, after winning the first set 7-5, the Indian player was completely outclassed by Cecil Alexandar of the Falkland Islands in the second set, forcing a tie-break.

In the tie-break, Putul was under a lot of pressure, but then he snatched the match on his final bowl, earning a crucial point and maintaining his unbeaten run.

Jadumani is nimble on his feet, he's letting Cullen come to him and then dodges his punches with ease.

Is the Indian going into a shell, trying to be defensive? As the clock starts to wind down, Cullen has landed a few solid punches now. 

Jadumani seems to be on the backfoot. Not many clear punches until the final few seconds from the Indian.

This was a much stronger round for Aaron Cullen with the crowd firmly behind him. 

But the judges feel otherwise. All five judges score it in favour of Jadumani, who is now in the driver's seat heading into the final round.

It's Cullen, who starts off on the offense as he goes all out. Jadumani is happy to bide his time for a bit but by mid period he has started to throw in the jabs as well.

Some clean punches landed by both pugilists so far and the referee had to step in once too as things got a bit too heated.

A very interesting first round that and it is a clean sweep for Jadumani. All five judges ruling it unanimously ruling it in favour of the Indian!
