Malaysia Masters: HS Prannoy reaches final, PV Sindhu out — Highlights
HS Prannoy has reached his first Super Series final since March 2022.
India's HS Prannoy is in the final of the Malaysia Masters after Indonesia's Christian Adinata retired with an injury when the Indian was leading 19-17 in their first game of the semifinal on Saturday. The last time Prannoy had reached a final of a Super Series event had been the Swiss Open in March 2022.
Prannoy is the lone representatives from India remaining after PV Sindhu was eliminated in the women's singles semifinals, losing 14-21, 17-21 to Gregoria Mariska Tunjung.
