The India Open 2022 is all set for a blockbuster Sunday with dream finals featuring Indian badminton players Lakshya Sen and the doubles duo of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty.
Lakshya Sen will be taking on World Champion Loh Kean Yew in the men's singles final after that.

All square at 17-17! The Indians' lead has disappeared and the sparse crowd at the stadium seemed to have lost their voice. The Indonesian pair take a few moments between their points - a bit of gamesmanship. India then edge away with the lead.

Game 2: Satwik/Chirag lead 15-14
More intensity from the Indian pair as they hold on to their lead as the second game restarts. Tense moments of shuffling feet - more from the Indian side of the net - as there is a pause for the court to be cleaned.

Game 2: Satwik/Chirag lead 11-10
The Daddies draw level at 5-5, just the second time today there has been parity today. Then there is a 30-shot rally, which the Indians win again. But the tide turns definitively after that, the Indonesians take a series of 4 points to go 9-6 up! One of Shetty's smashes breaks through the defence and there is a fist pump of anger! Things heating up in this second game.
What a rally! Satwik runs off to change his racquet mid-rally, leaving Chirag to man the whole court for a few tense seconds, then Chirag smashes and draws it level at 10-10. Rally of the match!

The second game begins like the first one had ended - the Indian pair attacking at the net and the Indonesian masters trying to hold them off.

Roars from the sparse Delhi crowd! The Indonesians look to defend but the barrage of attacking shots from Satwik and Chirag break through it. They win the first game 21-16!
Satwik Chirag have won one Super 500 title - Thailand Open in 2019. No other indian doubles ( men doubles/women doubles/mixed doubles ) have ever won any bwf superseries+ or bwf super 500+ title. History could be in the making here!
