Indian 10m air rifle and air pistol shooters were in action at the Paris Olympics on Saturday.
Indian rifle shooters took part in the mixed team qualification round. However, they closely missed out on top 4 by a narrow margin of 1.0.
The pistol shooters also took part in individual 10m air pistol qualification round. Manu Bhaker, is the only Indian air pistol shooter who made it to the final.
Manu Bhaker has qualified for the final of women's 10m air pistol event. The final will take place tomorrow.
The medal is still far with 2 Chinese, 2 Koreans and Veronica Major in the final.
However, Manu will be eager to win her first Olympic medal in such a tough field.
Manu is still on top 3 with just six shots to go.
She had a decent series of 96 in the fourth end to maintain her position in top 3.
