Runners from across the world will participate in the Vedanta Zinc City Half Marathon in Udaipur. This year's theme, 'Run For Zero Hunger,' underscores the event's emphasis on combating rural malnutrition.

Set against the breathtaking Aravalli Hills and Udaipur’s shimmering lakes, the marathon will take place on September 29.

The official marathon poster and race-day jersey, inspired by Udaipur's Fateh Sagar Lake, were unveiled in the presence of key officials including Udaipur Collector Arvind Poswal and Hindustan Zinc CEO Arun Misra.

The marathon, which holds an Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) certification, is a globally listed event.

Priya Agarwal Hebbar, Hindustan Zinc's chairperson, highlighted the unifying power of marathons in addressing social issues like malnutrition. The race categories include the half marathon, Cool Run, and Dream Run, offering an unforgettable experience for all participants.

A portrait of the marathon logo was also created using more than 1,400 pieces of Rubik's cubes in a record span of six hours by Sumeet Dwibedy, a proud member of our Zinc Parivar.
