Hyderabad FC defeated East Bengal 2-0 in the Indian Super League on Friday, at the Gachibowli stadium, Hyderabad. After ensuring all three points against the Red and Gold Brigade, the Nizams once again return to familiar territory in the top of the table.
A first half thumper from Mohammad Yasir gave the home team the lead at the 38th minute. However, Cleiton Silva had a glorious chance to balance the scales just before the half time, but goalie Gurmeet Singh was equal to the Brazilian's chip.
Second half saw an eager Hyderabad FC, trying their best to bury the game. Substitute Javier Siverio did just that in the 85th minute and after that, there was no way back for Stephen Constantine's men.
