East Bengal lost to Hyderabad FC 0-1 in the Indian Super League on Friday. After Javier Siverio's early header at the ninth minute, it was substitute Aaren D'Silva who sealed the win for the Nizams at the fag end.
After the win, Hyderabad are now four points off table-toppers Mumbai City FC.
As it happened:
A single goal lead is always dicey. East Bengal have five minutes to eke out a draw while Hyderabad have the same amount of time to seal the win.
Chianese, Rabeeh come on
Siverio, Danu come off
East Bengal made two changes earlier which saw Jerry, Ivan, and Passi come on for Rakip, Lima, and Mobashir.
Odei fails to clear the ball and Cleiton finds himself one-on-one with the goalie. Silva tries to place the ball but Gurmeet sticks out his toe at the right moment to make a big save.
After a clearance from a corner, Ogbeche tried his luck with a bicycle-kick but missed the target by not much.
