ISL 2022-23: East Bengal loses 1-2 to Jamshedpur FC- As it happened
Jamshedpur FC pulled off a comeback to beat East Bengal.
Jamshedpur FC defeated East Bengal 2-1 in the Indian Super League at the Yuva Bharati Krirangan stadium on Friday. With this win, the Red Miners increase their points tally to nine but still languish at 10th place.
It was Cleiton Silva who scored at the 12th minute to give the hosts the lead. For the first half, East Bengal were on the front-foot and came close to getting a second goal on multiple ocassions.
However, it was Jamshedpur who came out of the dressing room a better team in the second half. Harry Sawyer (61st minute) and Ritwik Das (85th minute) sealed the comeback and all three points.

It was a one-on-one situation with the goalie and the Brazilian goes past Yadav and passes it on target. However, a JFC player comes forward and thwarts the goal-bound attempt.
Similar to Cleiton's goal, this it was Harrison Sawyer who put in the ball from close-range
