25' - A diving tackle from Nilam Sanjeep Xess

The local boy comes to India's rescue and the crowd goes beserk. An excellent aerial ball from England and the forward receives it well. He is surrounded by two defenders and the goalkeeper, who is way down from the post.

A beautiful pass from the English player under pressure as they look at a shot at an empty goal, but Nilam Sanjeep Xess comes in diving out of nowhere to help India thwart the danger. BEAUTIFUL!

24' - India miss PC!

A foul on Harmanpreet Singh and India have been handed a PC. Amit Rohidas with the dragflick this time, but it does not trouble the England defence. 

23' - A poor pass from Hardik

Akashdeep intercepts the ball in India's half, passes to Mandeep in the centre. The latter crosses it to Hardik in the right flank, who presses forward with the ball. The pass inside to the circle is just very high. Dangerous ball.

21' - Brilliant rush from Amit Rohidas

Amit Rohidas is considered to be one of the best rushers in the world and he has just displayed why. A fearless run in and intercepts the dragflick cleanly with ease.

21' - Another PC for India

A cheeky little pass from Wallace to create a move on the left flank, and it has resulted in yet another PC.

17' - England miss again

Once again a good rush from the Indian defenders, and England fail to convert their sixth PC.

A beautiful save from Krishan Phatak, but the ball rises above the allowed limit and it is a PC for England for dangerous ball.

END OF FIRST QUARTER

The first 15 minutes of play done and there is not a lot to separate the two teams. Indian gifted 5 PCs within two minutes, but have done well to not concede. The men in blue did miss a PC too.

A beautiful attack from the left flank by England, but the cross is not the best. India capitalise and intercept to avert the danger. That also brings an end to the first quarter.

Not the best of traps from India, as the ball bounces up. That extra bounce means that Harmanpreet fails to get hold of the bat properly. Chance gone begging!
