FIH Pro League: Indian men's hockey team beat Germany 3-0 - Highlights

The Indian men's hockey team delivered a superlative performance in the first match of their final leg of the FIH Pro League campaign in London Saturday.
A defensively solid and attackingly menacing Indian side defeated Germany 3-0. India now have 24 points in 14 matches behind the Netherlands and Argentina who have 26 points each.
India will play Germany again on June 8. On Sunday, the Indian men's team will face hosts Great Britain before taking them on again on June 9.

Harmanpreet, Sukhjeet and Gurjant scored the goals for India.
A long ball from the left and Jarmanpreet goes for a reverse sweep. But the shot flies wide.
Sukhjeet breaks into a counterattack and sends an aerial pass. His pass finds Abhishek whose deflection is blocked.
Jarmanpreet makes a clearance just before the goal line. But the umpire decides to see whether there is a touch on Harmanreet's leg and a push after Peillat takes the drag flick.
The video umpire says the body of the Indian defender - Harmanpreet - is high, so a follow-up penalty corner is given to Germany.
Peillat comes up with the drag flick, the ball finds an Indian foot. Germnay get another PC.
Jarmanpreet deflects the ball this time. India 3-0 Germany
Germany come up with a counterattack with zigzagging passes and eventually find the feet of an Indian player.
But it is Sreejesh again. He saves a flying ball first hit by Peillat only to see Germany playing the rebound out.
It is Hartkopf again. He takes the attack into the circle but his final pass is blocked. India 3-0 Germany
Germany make a circle entry and look for a deflection from Hartkopf but Sreejesh denies him by diving to his left to stave off the danger.
India will look to keep their lead intact while Germany will come hard on the Indians in search of goals.
India take a solid 3-0 lead in the match as Germany struggle to find the board.
Germany earn two quick penalty corners but cannot make use of them.
The first drag-flick takes a deflection. They get another PC after a mistake by Jarmanpreet.
This time, Germany try to play among themselves but the aerial shot goes wide.
