India defeated Pakistan in the Men's Junior Asia Cup 2023 2-1 on Thursday at the Sultan Qaboos Youth Complex Stadium in Salalah, Oman to lift their fourth title. With this title win, India become the most successful country in the history of the Men's Junior Asia Cup.
Angad Bir Singh (13') and Araijeet Hundal Singh (20') scored for the champions before Pakistan got one goal back at the 38th minute through Basharat Ali's strike.
As it happened:
India were successful in holding on to their slender lead and preventing Pakistan from scoring more than their single goal!
