The UP Rudras have a two-goal cushion, but they are not happy. They want to extend it further and are pressing forward aggressively.

15 more minutes of play has gone by and the UP Rudras have strengthened their hold on the match. They scored via Jobanpreet Singh to extend their lead and have had a few good circle penetrations as well.
Time is running out for the Soorma Hockey Club, who at the moment only have themselves to blame for all the missed opportunities.

The UP Rudras with yet another stunning run. Lalit Upadhyay does well to set up Akashdeep, who passes it in from the right. But thankfully for the Soorma Hockey Club, the pass is just too quick and there's no one to take advantage of that.

37' - A PC missed from Rudras
UP Rudras are in ascendency at the Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium. They earn a PC soon after that goal and try a variation. Floris Wortelblor tries a tomahawk to put it in, but it is way wide.

Once again it is Sudeep Chirmako, who stars for the UP Rudras. He is almost surrounded at the baseline on the left, but somehow manages to create a small gap to pass the ball in.
Jobanpreet Singh finds himself in just the right position to slot the ball in. UP Rudras extend their lead!

A good move created from the left flank by Soorma Hockey Club and they are handed a penalty corner. The UP Rudras ask for a review immediately as they feel it hit the attacker's foot and not any of their defender.
They are proven right and the call is overturned. Good use of review by the Rudras.

A nice pass from Lalit Upadhyay finds Gurjot Singh, who shows some skills to dribble past a couple of defenders inside the circle. The Soorma defence holds tight and just doesn't let Gurjot get a shot.
