Indian men's team started the Hockey 5s Asia Cup with a big win over neighbour Bangladesh. Maninder Singh and Muhammad Raheel scored seven goals among themselves with Maninder scoring four and Raheel three.
Gurjot Singh, Sukhvinder Singh, and Pawan Rajbhar registered a brace.
India will face Oman in the next game.

Pawan Rajbhar opens the scoring in second half with an audacious flick over the goalkeeper and then Maninder smashes one from right side into the goal to make it 9-1 for India.
India has bulldozed Bangladesh 7-1 in the first half and will look to increase their lead further.
Maninder, Gurjot and Sukhvinder get on the scoresheet as India pile more misery on Bangladesh and lead 6-1.
Skipper Mandeep Mor and Dipsan Tirkey have scored one goal each to hand India 3-1 lead.
Bangladesh scores the first goal with Sarowar opens the scoring for them while Raheel equalizes for India to make it 1-1.
