The Indian team with the inaugural FIH Hockey 5s Trophy
The Indian men's team have been crowned the inaugural FIH Hockey 5s champions with a 6-4 win over Poland in the final. The women's team, on the other hand, failed to reach the final.

What a comeback this from the Indian men's team. They were 0-3 down within the first five minutes of the final, but have bounced back to absolutely decimate Poland.
Not much celebrations in the Indian camp though, just some casual handshakes and off they go!

A long shot towards the far post from the left flank by Poland, Pawan dives full length to his right and deflects the ball away. WONDERFUL!
Rutkowski with a stunning shot from the right. It seemed to be going in, but Sumit intercepts and clears it just in the nick of time. DANGER AVERTED!
An advantage given to India and the Polish defenders are nowhere to be seen. Raheel takes it himself and just rushes forward to beat the goalkeeper. India have taken the lead for the first time in this final.
A proper brainfade for the Polish team there and India now has the advantage.

A long shot from the right flank finds Boby Dhami in front of the goal. Dhami flutters a bit, but he manages to deflect it into the net.
