Meghalaya kept it till late to stage a comeback against Punjab as they beat the northern state 2-1 to reach the Santosh Trophy final for the first time in their history. They will face either of Services or Karnataka for the coveted title.

Both sides are taking turns in attacking the other's box but to no effect. Less than 20 minutes to go in regulation time.
Great counter-attacking move by Punjab as a long ball found a chasing Kamaldeep, who went for the near post with a grounded shot. The strike was collected by a diving goalie Rajat Paul.
