HALF TIME!
There goes the whistle and that's the end of the first half. What an eventful 45 minutes that was. Chennaiyin FC dominated it for majority of the time after opening the scoring before in the 16th second. There was also a red card for TRAU and two penalties - both converted.

The TRAU FC skipper takes it upon himself and he slots it in with ease. Komron sent the keeper in the wrong direction, before placing the ball into the net.
A sigh of relief for TRAU after all that has happened in the match so far.

44' - PENALTY, TRAU!
A beautiful steal from TRAU FC strikers before they take the shot. The shot is saved well by CFC goalkeeper, however, the ball hits the hand of a defender looking for a clearance.
36' - RED CARD, JOHNSON!
TRAU FC's Salam Johnson Singh has been shown a red card out of nowhere and off he goes. This just keeps getting worse for them and Johnson is frustrated, so is his skipper.
33' - Good run from TRAU
A beautiful run in the right flank by TRAU FC, but their striker fails to collect or deflect the ball cleanly. That's a golden opportunity gone begging. The CFC defence was completely opened up there.
31' - Silskovic's header goes just high
Another stunning freekick from Chennaiyin and the ball finds Silskovic to perfection. The number 9's header was equally good, but it goes inches above the woodwork.
28' - Good defending from TRAU
A well taken freekick by Chennaiyin, but TRAU defenders clear it with ease.
19' - KARIKARI SCORESSS!
He was not going to miss that was Karikari. Calm as a cucumber as she slots it in at the low right corner. The TRAU goalkeeper was never going to stop that.

18' - PENALTY, CFC!
A hard tackle on Silskovic inside the box and Chennaiyin FC have been awarded a penalty. That looked like a dicey call, and TRAU FC are no happy. A long argument between their skipper Komron and the referee, but the decision stays.
