40' - Defensive lapse from India and England scoreesss!

Udita Singh was running out of the D with the ball, but Tessa Harvard comes with a beautiful steal and slots it to the top  right corner. Savita Punia had no chance there.

A moment of panic inside the D as England come agonisingly close to scoring, but they fail to control the ball and India is safe.

England run in dangerously, but Udita has everything under control singlehandedly. She ensures to push the English striker off balance and the ball rolls out of bounds.

A very competitive start to the third quarter as both India and England try and press forward.
