Athletics: Could Tejaswin Shankar win a historic medal?
Apart from Judo and Squash, there's some exciting Athletics action coming up later tonight. According to season best jumps, Tejaswin could win India's first ever medal in High Jump in a major competition.
Purnima ends 6th
Purnima's last two C&J lifts are no lifts. She finishes with a total of 228kgs. Drops down to 5th spot. That's it for her campaign then. Gurjeet Singh the only weightlifter left in action later today. What a great Weightlifting campaign this has been for India.
Now moving onto Squash and Judo, both of which might offer some historic medals.

Purnima lifts 125kgs in her first C&J attempt, a lift which places her 3rd for now. But two lifters are yet to get into the action.

Purnima's C&J section is underway. She might even sneak into the medal places, but for now, Lovepreet's medal is the only one we have won so far.
Lawn Bowls: Mridul Borgohain advances
India's Mridul Borgohain won both his men's singles matches while the women's pair of Lovely Choubey and Nayanmoni Saikia won one and drew another in the lawn bowl events of the Commonwealth Games. Borgohain first humbled Chris Locke of Falkan Islands 21-5 in his second round match and then beat Scotland's Iain McLean 21-19.
Weightlifting: Purnima in 5th spot after Snatch
All the Snatch lifts have been done. Purnima has dropped down to 5th spot.
Meanwhile, India's men's hockey team thrash Canada 8-0 to go through to the semis.
Weightlifting: Purnima Pandey in 4th spot
Purnima Pandey lifts 103kgs with her second lift. That places her among the top 5 for now.
The next big event coming up is in Squash.
Weightlifting: Purnima Pandey set to clinch medal
Purnima Pandey's Women's 87+kg Weightlifting final is going on. Her first lift of 105kg is set to place her in third spot in the Snatch phase.
In Hockey, the men's team are rolling over Canada. 4-0 in Q3. This should make India strong contenders to finish as group toppers to help them avoid Australia in the semis.
Wins in Para TT, Big matches in Judo and Squash coming up
Para TT: Raj Aravindan defeated George Wyndham (SLE) 3-2 (9-11, 11-8, 11-0, 10-12, 11-3) in the group stage of Men's Singles (Class 3-5). This follows Bhavina Patel's win earlier in the day.
Coming up soon will be the Women's 87kg weightlifting final where Purnima Pandey will be in action.
There's big matches in Judo and Squash coming up after 9 pm.
Boxing: Husammuddin wins, another Boxing medal assured
Husammuddin (57kg) has won a very tight match to enter the semis and assure the second Boxing medal for India.
