Boxing, Men's 60kg: Sachin wins Round 2

Sachin staying out of Moremi's reach before suddenly going in and landing two punches. The Botswanan has returned the favour too.

The Indian is very nimble on his feet, dancing around the ring, causing troubles to his opponent.

As the clock goes down under a minute, Moremi lands a few blows. Sachin retaliates on the counter. Hard to say, who got the better out of it.

A quite evenly matched round that. Up to the judges now.

Sachin takes Round 2 unanimously.

Boxing, Men's 60kg: Sachin takes Round 1

A slow start to the contest. Both pugilists happy to sit back in the early phase.

As the bout heats up, the dressing over Moremi's right eye starts to come off slowly. The referee stops the bout to restitch it. Sachin has landed a few good punches.

A very small break and Moremi is good to go again.

Not much of change in the pace of this bout as the clock winds down.

Sachin has won the first round 5-0 unanimously.

Boxing, Women's 70kg: Arundhati Choudhary WINSS!

Once again, as soon as the bell rings, Henderson rushes onto Arundhati.

The Indian has done well to keep her composure and land blows of her own.

A good round of boxing and I think Arundhati has done enough to coast to a win.

Arundhati Choudhary is through to the semi-finals. She wins via a 1-3 split decision.

That's another boxing medal assured for India!

Boxing, Women's 70kg: Arundhati wins Round 2

The bell sounds and Henderson just blindly runs across the ring and into Arundhati.

The Kiwi boxer wants to take the bull by its horns. She wants to draw Arundhati into a slug fest. The Indian has a smile in her face as she tries to evade and slow the pace down.

Henderson is doing well for herself. She is finding good punches, driving herself forward. Arundhati will have to respond sooner than later.

The judges feel Arundhati has done enough in that round! 4-1 in her favour.

Boxing, Women's 70kg: Arundhati wins Round 1 on split

Quite a balanced first round this. Arundhati had started well, but Henderson has also responded in kind.

Hard to tell, who has the advantage here. But the Indian did end the round with two clean blows on the counter.

The judges are split as well. 3-2 in favour of Arundhati!
